How planning works before you fly
A free 15-minute video consultation covers your case, the realistic options and the sequence of visits. It is for patients living outside Aruba, and it costs nothing.
You show us the situation, we tell you what is and is not possible, and we agree what has to happen in which order. If your case is not suitable for the time you have, you hear that then rather than after you land.
Your visits are then scheduled around your stay, not the other way around.
What happens once you are on the island
Records are taken here: intraoral scanning instead of impression trays, panoramic radiographs, and 3D CBCT imaging where the case needs it, with the nerve canal traced before any surgery.
Because the records and the plan are produced in the same building, planning usually starts the same day the records are taken.
For implants, the arch is designed from the shape of the finished teeth first, and the surgical guide is built to transfer that plan to the mouth rather than estimate it.
What is made in-house, and why that matters to you
Scanning, imaging, segmentation, restorative design and five-axis milling happen at the clinic. Nothing is sent off-island to be read or made, which is what makes short timelines possible.
The mill works in zirconia, pre-milled blanks, titanium, PMMA and glass ceramic in one controlled workflow.
For a patient who has flown in, this is the practical difference: a correction that would otherwise mean a courier and another trip can often be handled while you are still here.
A word about treating price as the only variable
An implant placed early is the cheapest version of the treatment. Bone that is no longer loaded shrinks, neighbouring teeth drift, and the work that fixes that later costs more.
Implants placed elsewhere for a lower price are corrected here regularly. In the harder cases that means removing them and re-placing them with a prosthetically planned surgical guide — paying twice for one result.
That is not an argument that cheaper is always worse. It is an argument for asking what is included, who plans it, and where the restoration is made, before comparing two numbers.
